Mahogany Taylor

PROBATE, ESTATES, & TRUSTS ATTORNEY

I started the Law Office of Mahogany Taylor because I believe visiting an attorney should be a positive experience where you are treated with patience, dignity and respect. I understand that probate, trust and estate planning can be confusing, that’s why I take the time to ensure every step of the process is clear and well explained.

Areas of Practice

Estate Planning

A well-designed estate plan can provide for loved ones, including minor children and aging parents, provide for incapacity, avoid probate at death, and reduce or avoid estate taxes. I meet with clients to review their current personal and financial situation, including their needs, concerns, hopes and wishes and explain their options.

Probate Services

Probate is a court‑supervised procedure for validating a will, paying debts, and distributing the property of a deceased person. The probate process in California is highly complicated. I take the time to explain the process clearly so you know what to expect.

Trust Administration

Administering the estate of a family member can be time consuming, confusing, and emotionally draining. Trustees can work alongside a skilled attorney to ensure that they fulfill their role properly. I represent clients serving in a fiduciary capacity, such as an executor, administrator, or successor trustee.
